Maharishi Ved Vigyan Vishwa Vidyapeetham is the only institution of its kind in the world founded by Maharishi Ji. Vidyapeetham established in 1982 has trained over 62,000 Vedic Pundits and Scholars in theories and practical aspects of Ved and Vedic Literature. These Pundits are highly trained experts in performance of Karmand, Sanskaras, Yagyas, Anushthans, Grah Shanti and Vastu Shanti. Most of these Pundits are also Ved Samhita Pathi in one of four Vedas. Pundits are given many years of theoretical and extensive practical training before they really take up an anushthan-yayga with a Sankalpa for Yajman. Pundits being practitioners of Yoga, TM, TM-Siddhi Programme and Yogic Flying perform Yagyas from the deep level of consciousness-Transcendental level-Parachetan, result is that, effect of their performance becomes instant and long lasting.

Vidyapeetham has established large number of Swami Brahmanand Saraswati Vedic Vidyalaya and has engaged Vedic Guru Jis to train students in Vedic curriculum including art and science of performance of yagyas. Once Vedic Student Pundits complete basic training with Guru Ji, they are admitted to residential campuses, receive advance training and start performing Yagyas and collective Grah Shanti for individuals, nations and for our dear world family.

Over 6000 Pundits with advance training are enrolled at residential campuses of Vidyapeetham. These campuses are situated at Andhra Pradesh (Rajamundry), Assam (Gwalpara and Vishwanath Charyali), Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal, Jabalpur, Katni, Budhni, Hoshangabad, Shajapur, Guna and Chhatarpur), Uttar Pradesh (Allahabad and Ayodhya), Uttaranchal (Uttarkashi). Vidyapeetham has plans to stablish 20,000 Vedic Schools, thereby training about 10,00,000 Vedic Pundits as soon as it can.
